When you start looking for your CD's for sale, one of the first things that may come up in your search is album cover size. What is this anyway? It is a dimensionless image that can be used to design your album cover. Usually it consists of a simple black and white picture on a clean white background. The reason this image is referred to as cover is because it is what people first see before they get to the actual music that they are trying to buy.

So why is album cover size important? Well, just think about the average CD. If you have an average CD, it would probably cover somewhere around 20 CDs. However, if you have a CD that is around four or five years old, then you are probably looking at something that is much smaller. In essence, the CD cover size is what represents how old your CD is.

There are many different ways you can design your CD cover. One way would be to simply take an image of the album cover and paste it into an image editing program. This way you will have an image that you can change around as much as you want. You can make the image look faded, dark or bright. You can also crop the image and play with the contrast.

Another way to create an album cover is to use a graphics program such as Adobe Photoshop. First, open up Photoshop and make sure that you have the proper software installed on your computer. Once you have the proper software installed and your computer on the right operating system, open up the "Adobe Photoshop" program and click "Window" on the menu. On the "Window" section, there should be a section labeled "Pages". Click on the " Pages" tab to open up a new window and begin creating your cover image.

You can save your image in either JPEG or PNG format depending on what you prefer. Typically, people save their images in the JPEG format since it is more compatible with all kinds of computer equipment. The main thing you need to remember when saving your image in a different format is to make sure that you do not include any kind of graphics or text. Your CD cover should stand out and be eye-catching without adding anything to the image itself.

Many people like to include small thumbnails of their favorite images. To do this, save your image as an " JPEG Sourced thumbnail. The "jpgSourced thumbnail" will save your image in the same way that you would save an actual photograph. Save your JPEG as a "cover picture" if you wish and save it in the exact same place as your album cover. In fact, you probably should not save your image as a cover at all unless you plan on displaying the cover on the CD cover.

Many people are also interested in knowing how large the image should be when they are creating their CD cover. Generally speaking, the smaller your image, the smaller your CD cover size should be. If you need to display your image as a cover for a CD, you will need to have the largest image possible. Although you may be tempted to use your smallest image, keep in mind that if your CD cover design is very large, your image may take up a lot of space on the actual CD. Therefore, if you use a relatively small image, it may take up too much disk space and consequently cause your CD to run out of memory before you actually complete your music.

You can use an image editing program on your computer to alter your image, although these tools are not recommended for the normal everyday usage. These images alteration programs are intended for the professional musician who is creating a CD for professional distribution. A professional graphic designer may be able to tweak and alter your image to create a more interesting cover for your CD.
